Removing Spot Color From PDF

Is there a way to completely remove a spot color from a PDF. I have looked all over (also using Pit Stop) and I can't seem to find a way.

In the Preflight fixups for Acrobat there are several color-conversion presets which will convert everything to process.

Thanks David, however, I don't want to convert the colors to process, I want to remove them. The situation is, we made several PDF's that has a Spot Color called Die. The client did not want the Die in it, even though the printer could just leave the color out. So, I was trying to find a way to remove the Die (Spot Color) without having to adjust and re-rip my original files.
