For continous scrolling on full screen perform the following steps:

Go Fullscreen: CtrlL

Enable AutoScroll: Ctrl+Shift+H

Disable AutoScroll: Ctrl+Shift+H

Now you can scroll with the normal arrow keys.

Full Screen Mode does not support "Continuous" scrolling. Is there some setting somewhere, or is it a User Interface bug/decision?
Its annoying to read books in full screen mode without allowing continuous setting.
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks in advance,
Prashant
If you want to enable continuous scrolling in Full Screen, Press Ctrl+Shift+H to enable auto scroll. The Ctrl+Shift+H to disable auto scroll. And Voila, now your arrow keys do continuous scrolling!
