Personal computer or a computer in an office or on a enterprise network ?
| Office computer on a network. (I don't know if it's an "enterprise" network
| or not.)
The system is locked down.
You are a plain user and don't have the rights to delete shared icons from places like...
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
| That can't be the reason. I have the same problem and I'm the only user, with
| full Administrator privileges, on a home PC. I can delete the icon but it comes
| back at the next logon. It's very annoying, not to mention quite useless, since
| I would never run Reader from the desktop. Any other ideas?
| MT
Acrobat and Reader are two different products.
If is is an "icon", what are the properties of this icon ?
