Opening a bookmark

I am trying to open a bookmark link in Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard and it
doesn't open. I do not appear to be getting any error messages
anywhere. Unfortunately, I do not know the first thing about
programming but, I was just hoping that somebody on this group would
be able to offer me some assistance.

Right click the bookmark, then click on "properties". Click the "action" tab
to find out what action the bookmark is supposed to perform - it could be
designed to do nothing, just act as a heading.
