Is there a way to change the page size of a PDF document?

I received a 4-page document as 4 jpeg files. I assembled tham into a
single PDF, but they print sideways.

The Print dialog box reports the Document as 8.5 x 11.7 and the Paper
as 10.1 x 14.3. The Description tab of the Properties reports the Page
Size as 8.50 x 11.69.

I would like to change the document to 8.5 x 11 portrait.

Can I do that?

I am using Acrobat Pro 9.

Does re-printing to a PDF (using Acrobat 9) of a different page size
help?

I just created an A4-sized PDF file of a JPG image. I then re-printed
this PDF file to an A3-sized PDF file. It worked for me. It worked for
me!
I did not notice before deleting them, but wouldn't there be a slight
down-sampling of the image?
